This equipment has been loaned to you at no charge for seven (7) business days beginning on:

You agree to return this Equipment in its original condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, to the company address below, or any other representative designated by CGX Radios, on or before the end of the Loan Period. If the Equipment is damaged, you agree to pay for all non-warranty repairs to the Equipment, including but not limited to parts and labor.

If you return the Equipment in its original condition on time, you will not be charged. You authorize CGX Radios to charge your account or credit card for service charges incurred past the Loan Period, or alternatively, at our election, to charge $5.00 for each day the equipment is not returned after the Loan Period.

Our Rights To Change, Restrict, Or End Service

To maintain or improve radio service, to prevent fraud, or for any other business reason, we can in our sole discretion restrict, modify or terminate your agreement without notice.

Loss of Loaned Equipment

You authorize CGX Radios to charge your account or credit card the full retail price of any Equipment lost, stolen or otherwise not returned to us at the end of the Loan Period. The full retail price is:

YOU AGREE THAT your credit card will be charged for the retail value of the Demo Equipment if you do not return it at the end of the agreed time. You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and understand it. You represent that all information you supplied to CGX Radios is accurate and complete.
